Rick is a true, local to the Northwoods and has a unique knowledge and appreciation of our beautiful lakes, forests and woodlands. He grew up on the Minocqua Chain & relocated to Presque Isle 20 years ago. A Lakeland High School graduate, including 3 generations of Lakeland Alums. His education includes a BFA from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. In addition, he was head wrestling coach for the Lakeland wrestling team & involved with the Lakeland wrestling program for 12 years. His experience includes 42 years of owning & managing Vilas Title Service & participated in over 50,000 real estate transactions in Vilas & Oneida Counties during that time. After transitioning into real estate, Rick quickly became the top producing agent in 2024 at Headwaters Real Estate. His interests include being an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, recreational water enthusiast, kayaking, canoeing, and downhill skiing.
