Presque Isle

Presque Isle, known as “Wisconsin’s Last Wilderness,” is a scenic town in the northwest corner of Vilas County on the border of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Spanning 77 square miles. It is aptly named “almost an island” in French. This picturesque township is defined by its deep connection to the water, boasting a fishery that remains exceptionally strong due to its less-trafficked, high-quality lakes.
